FB personal accounts, Pages, groups and BM: permission differences
Understand Facebook personal accounts, Pages, groups and business assets by comparing objects and permissions; do not assume a successful login means you have all management and ad permissions.

Identify the object first, then confirm permissions
A personal account is a login identity; Pages, groups, ad accounts and business assets are different management objects. One product may only provide login credentials while another may specify permissions for particular assets. They are not interchangeable by name.
When comparing, record the asset object, allowed actions, ownership and delivery method. Do not assume objects not explicitly listed in the details will be delivered with the account.
Ad and operational conditions must be checked separately
Business asset access, existence of ad accounts, availability of payment methods and the ability to run ads are separate conditions. When confirming a product description, ask which specific items are promised, not just ‘can you run ads?’.
Verification, limits, certifications and subsequent platform review should not be inferred from account age. Read the site’s product description and Meta’s current rules separately.
Describe issues using permission differences
If you can log in but lack a specific asset permission, first check whether that permission was included in the order. Clearly document the object, the missing actions and the time of the error to help determine whether it’s a credential issue, a permission issue or a platform status issue.
Keep screenshots that hide sensitive information and the product specifications; stop transferring assets or changing security details until the issue is confirmed. After-sales conclusions are based on the specific order and applicable policies.
